Our IT Remote Support is most important division at Texas IT Professionals. Each question or assignment is carefully registered and permanently monitored in our ticketing system . This ensures a prompt and correct follow-up of all reported failures. Our team of technical staff will assist you from distance or on site if necessary.
Remote Support Service
All assignments for our service department are (usually automatically) registered in our ticketing software . These tickets are linked to the clients and the corresponding agreements and service contracts . All this to help you with your failure as quickly as possible.
After registration of the issue in a ticket, you will be contacted by one of our technical staff. They always try to provide a remotely solution to avoid displacement costs. If remote intervention is not possible, an appointment will be scheduled or we will arrive immediately, depending on the urgency of your issue.
IT help desk opening hours
The help desk is open from weekdays from 8:30 to 17:00 on weekdays.
You can also choose to stay 7 days at 7 and outside the office hours. In that case, you can use our Extended Business hours service .
